Inspiration : Serenity Cupcakes Kopenhagen

Hallo zusammen,

vergangene Woche war ich für vier Tage im wunderschönen Kopenhagen und habe mich dort von "Land und Leute" inspirieren lassen. Natürlich stand ein Besuch bei "Serenity Cupcakes" ganz oben auf meiner Kopenhagen-Liste! Wusstet Ihr dass die Besitzerin Mariam die Cupcakes zum 6.Geburtstag von Prinzessin Isabella von Dänemark herstellen und liefern durfte! - In Ihrem kleinem Café stimmt einfach jedes Detail und mit ein bisschen Glück konnten auch wir uns einen Platz ergattern und haben auch zwei verschiedene - absolut leckere - Kreationen probiert.

Natürlich habe ich es mir nicht nehmen lassen - ein kurzes Gespräch mit der Künstlerin zu führen und mich ein wenig mit Ihr über das Geschäft auszutauschen. Zum Abschied gab es nette Worte und ein gemeinsames Foto.

Last week I spent four wonderful days in Copenhagen, searching for new inspiration. On top of my wishlist was a visit at the “Serenity Cupcakes” were I had the chance to meet the owner Mariam.

Did you know she was the one that that designed the cupcakes for the princesses Isabella sixth Birthday?

In the small café located in the middle of Copenhagens old town every detail is in the right place. We were lucky to find a table and enjoyed two different delicious creations.

After that, I could speak to her personally and was able to share some ideas about the cake business and the different tastes between swiss and danish cake lovers. There was even enough time for taking a photo together.
